Our evening began with refreshing drinks at the Sunset Terrace, a vantage point offering sweeping city views that shimmer as dusk falls. From there, we moved to Three Peaks Lodge for dinner. This restaurant, too, boasts magnificent harbor views, providing a dynamic backdrop of orange Staten Island ferries gliding past as we dined. The menu, thoughtfully crafted, offered delightful options such as fresh crudo, a generous cheeseboard perfect for sharing, a vibrant heirloom melon and prosciutto salad, and a flavorful chicken entrée.
